Our Mission
Our mission is to provide primary preventive health services to the medically insured, underinsured and underserved population of Iberville and surrounding areas regardless of the ability to pay, and to increase the span of healthy life, reduce health disparities and achieve access to comprehensive health services. In fulfilling our mission, SGHC’s services target uninsured, underserved residents living below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

St. Gabriel Health Clinic is a DCFS Community Partner. We are now offering SNAP Applications. Clients can make an appointment if assistance is needed or walk-ins if no assistance is needed.
